Precautions in the daily maintenance of the laser cutting machine

1. The installation fulcrum of the laser tube of the laser cutting machine should be reasonable, and the fulcrum should be at a quarter of the total length of the laser tube, otherwise the laser tube spot pattern will be deteriorated, resulting in the reduction of the laser power unable to meet the requirements;

2. The suction device should be inspected and cleaned regularly, and the fan air duct should be cleaned, otherwise the dust will quickly contaminate the lens and the laser tube, and the mechanical and electronic components will be easily oxidized, resulting in poor contact;

3. The power of the power grid should match the equipment itself;

4. The working current of the laser tube should be reasonable, and it should not work at full power for a long time. The power of the laser equipment should be adjusted to 50%-60% of the total power when working, and the laser should be used reasonably and the laser energy should be saved. The optical path system should also be cleaned regularly, otherwise the laser tube will be prematurely aged and broken;

5. The dirt and dust on the machine body, cutting head, sensor and other components should be removed in time to keep the appearance of the machine tool clean;

6. The flammable substances (such as glove rags, etc.) in the machine tool should be cleaned up in time to prevent fires during cutting;
